The Explorers Club is an elegant, Gothic-style townhouse on East 70th Street in New York City's Manhattan. It is the headquarters for an organization devoted to exploration and field science, located in the Lowell Thomas Building.

The Explorers Club is available for rental as an event venue.

The entrance to the Explorers Club goes into a lobby that leads up to a staircase. The staircase leads to the second floor, containing the wood-paneled Clark Room and Library. The Library is suitable for cocktails and dancing, while the Clark Room is usually used for a seated dinner.

There is an outdoor terrace available as well. It can be used for cocktails, dancing, and for wedding ceremonies.

The total capacity of the venue is 120 for a seated dinner.

For nonmembers, prices start at $4,500 on weekends, $3,500 on weekdays.
